Kurz gesagt: Mitgezählt erhebt keine personenbezogenen Daten.
Was gespeichert wird.
Privacy Policy

In short: Tallied does not collect any personal data. There are no ads, no tracking, no analytics and no third-party services. The developer receives no data – unless you email the developer yourself (see "Feedback by email").
What is stored. Everything you enter in the app – player names, colors, emojis, profile pictures, matches with photos of the final score, rounds, saved games with photos and notes, game nights, cash settlements and rule presets – is stored only on your device. Statistics are calculated from it on the device.
iCloud. If you turn on iCloud sync in the settings, this data is stored in your private iCloud container at Apple so it is available on your other devices. Only your Apple Account has access to it, not the developer. Apple's privacy policy applies. You can turn sync off at any time.
Shared groups. If you share a player group, its player profiles (name, color, emoji, profile picture), matches (with photos of the final score), saved games (with photos and notes), game nights, cash settlements and the members' roles are stored in your iCloud and visible to everyone who joins through your invitation link or QR code. Every member also tells there which profile of the group they are. Depending on their role, members can add their own matches, states and cash entries and enter rounds in matches recorded together. If you join a group, you see its data in the iCloud of the person who created it. The developer has no access to this either. Only share invitations with people who should belong to the group, and only add others to a shared group with their consent. You can stop sharing or leave a group at any time; matches and saved games so far then stay on your device.
Widgets and Live Activity. For widgets, the app keeps a small summary of the current match on your device. The Live Activity shows the standings on the lock screen; you can turn it off in the settings.
Score sheets, TV and Apple Watch. If you photograph a score sheet, the app reads the numbers on your device; the photo is neither stored nor sent. Your iPhone sends the standings by AirPlay or cable only to the TV or projector you connect. With the Apple Watch, iPhone and watch exchange the running match's standings and your entries directly. The developer receives nothing here either.
Microphone and speech recognition. At darts and ninepins you can say the points instead of typing them. The app uses the microphone only while you have tapped the microphone button and recognizes speech on your device only (Apple's speech recognition without a server). Nothing is recorded, stored or sent. Announced scores are spoken by your device itself.
Siri, Shortcuts and Spotlight. When you talk to Siri, Apple processes the request under its privacy policy; the app itself sends nothing. For answers such as the current score, the app reads the summary of the running match on your device. So that matches appear in Spotlight, the app puts game name, players and date into your device's search index.
Buying Tallied Pro. Apple handles the one-time in-app purchase through the App Store. The app only asks the App Store whether the purchase exists. Payment and account data are processed by Apple alone; the developer receives no data about you. Apple's privacy policy applies.
Backup and CSV export. A backup or CSV export is only created when you start it yourself. You decide where the file is saved or with whom it is shared.
Feedback by email. Under "Feedback" in the settings and at the end of the game picker, the app opens a prepared email to the developer in your mail app. It only goes out if you send it yourself, and only with the content you see first: your text, plus app version, iOS version and device model. I then receive your email address and the content of the message and use both only to handle your request and reply to you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; legitimate interest in handling enquiries). I delete the message once it is dealt with and no legal retention obligation applies. The email passes through your email provider and the one of the address feedback@mitgezaehlt.de.
Other people. Names of other players you enter also stay only on your device (or in your iCloud). Please only enter names the people agree to; a first name or nickname is enough.
Deletion. You can delete matches and saved games and delete or archive players in the app. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data; data in your iCloud can be deleted in your device's iCloud settings.
Your rights. I only process personal data when you write to me. For such messages you can request access, correction and deletion and object to the processing. For questions, contact me at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
